“To the Members of Prototype and Short-Run Services Team:
I would like to take this opportunity to personally congratulate the entire Prototype and Short-Run Services team on becoming a Certified Supplier.
Supplier Certification is more than just an award; it is a partnership and a key business strategy. We are proud of our product quality and strive to maintain a reputation for excellence. As our products can be substantively affected by items we procure, it is vital and sound business — that we have confidence in both our supplier’s products and processes. I recognize the commitment and effort that PASS continuously applies to improving all processes. You have earned this distinction.
Collaboration and trust are the basis and building blocks to our past, present and future success. The ongoing interfaces between our two teams have provided an environment of open communication and enabled the implementation of process improvements. This ongoing interchange has resulted in quality thin metal fabricated products that have enabled us to maintain its position as a world leader in assemblies and panels.
We look forward to many years of continued excellence from Prototype and Short-Run Services. You are a valued supplier and I applaud your accomplishments.”

“I would like to express my thanks for your company’s help and expertise in fabricating those tiny bellows contact springs out of 0.001” beryllium copper stock. I particularly would like to congratulate Rick for his innovation in doing the “impossible.”
These springs are used in a NASA TDRS satellite (Flight #7) microwave solid state amplifier, and you extricated us from a very difficult situation when the original electroformed bellows springs were found to be unacceptable.
Please feel free to use this letter as an endorsement of your expertise and competence. I hope we can soon work together on anoher project.

“We at Campbell Plastics Engineering & Manufacturing as well as the Air Crew Protective Mask Team, wish to express our appreciation and gratitude to you and your team.
The ingenuity, dedication and workmanship displayed by Prototype & Short Run Tooling in development of the connectors was outstanding.
Through your efforts, the electrical pass through of the XM-45 gas mask was a booming success.
Not only did your concept eliminate any possibility of electrical discontinuity or shorts it also reduced the connector system by $45.00 per mask.
It is this type of ingenuity by small businesses that make many programs successful.”

“I have only recently been introduced to Prototype & Short-Run Services; however, it did not take long for me to realize their value in my line of work. Being involved in new product development for a major manufacturer of electrical connectors, I have used Prototype for a number of small components during the development of new designs. They are quick to respond to an RFQ and their prices are competitive. The quality of their work is excellent and their lead times facilitate a rapid prototyping strategy. Based on these qualities and my needs to develop and evaluate new concepts on a tight schedule, I foresee a long partnership with Prototype & Short-Run in the future.”
“As the end of another calendar year approaches, we would like to express our thanks to you and your company to commend you all for the tremendous efforts, technical proficiency, quality products, and services. We are asked to do whatever necessary to help meet near impossible schedules. And then, of course, we needed to ask for your help, and you came through like the professionals we knew we were dealing with. Our hats are off to you and all of your folks. Prototype and Short Run Services has continued to be a pleasure to work with and we want to thank you personally for your efforts. We are looking forward to 1999 and another year of product development efforts. Have a peaceful and enjoyable New Year.”
